Here are the terms and conditions – pretty much common sense and if we do anything that you aren't happy with please let us know. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer of course.
If we don't have enough stock of the things you have ordered we will send you an e-mail which will advise when the relevant item will be back in stock. You can either wait for the right product, accept an alternative or take a refund.
If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, or if you do not receive the products ordered, we shall have no liability to you other than as set out below. If you notify a problem to us under this clause, our only obligation will be:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
- to supply and deliver substitute products if your original choice cannot be delivered for any reason;
- to replace any products that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question in whatever way we choose.
Whatever the legal position is we will do our best to please you but mistakes do happen and we are a tiny operation so please bear with us.
The goods remain ours until they are paid for in full.
If you take out a subscription with Duffy's Chocolate we will take payments on a regular basis based on the bars or products that you have selected and at a frequency that you have selected.
When the regular payment has been taken we will send your subscription items out on the next working day and you will get an email to say payment has been taken.
You can cancel, pause or change your subscription (products, amount or frequency of order) at any time without any penalty or delay.
To cancel or make any other changes to your subscription please log into your account and make the changes. If you don’t have access to your password just email us and we will cancel your subscription for you.
