Dominican Republic 65% chocolate drops - use to make a delicious hot drink with smoky tea & red fruit notes. Dissolve in hot milk or water and stir. Add a pinch of nutmeg & cinnamon, or pumpkin spice if desired for an autumnal drink. Made with the same chocolate used for the chocolate bars and stone ground in small batches for 4 days before moulding into 1g drops. Flavour profile - hints of tangy pineapple, strawberries and green tea. Suitable for vegans if made with water or plant-based milk
